Silversea Cruises’ Silver Cloud is now only a year away from joining its Silversea Expeditions brand for adventures from the Arctic to the Antarctic, and the line is garnering attention for the updated luxury ship by releasing a new video embedded below about what to expect when it relaunches in November 2017, first heading to Antarctica.
As the line anticipates its newest Silver Muse to come online in April 2017, it will be sending its oldest 1994-built Silver Cloud to be ice strengthened and reconfigured to carry 260 guests to non-polar regions and only 200 to polar ones for an impressive one-to-one ratio of crew to passengers.
