Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. has announced the introduction of new features added to the corporation’s travel agent reservation system, Espresso.

These will benefit bookings made on the Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises and Azamara Club Cruises brands:

Connecting Staterooms Search

The first new available tool empowers travel partners to more easily plan family and other large group vacations. Stateroom categories searches can be filtered by connecting cabins.

Downloadable Guest Documentation

In order to further assist clients, agents can access and download their eDocs such as luggage tags. That way they can be sent directly to them.

Back-to-Back Bookings

Agents making consecutive reservations for customers can facilitate them online. Tools include making payments, managing invoices, arranging dining and more.

Reinstate and Reschedule Groups

Speaking of aforementioned group travel, agents can now work on swapping ships or departure dates for groups or even individual reservations within a group.

Group Value Adds

Partners can also see and allocate payments to a group booking’s value add. This makes it possible to manage optional group services and amenities.

What’s more, Espresso presents side-by-side comparison of individual and group rates and availability, as well as interactive deck plans and client profiles. Plus, there is even more expected later in the year to help agents sell Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises and Azamara Club Cruises.

For more information, travel agents can check out all the features by visiting BookEspresso.com.
