Royal Caribbean International has today announced that the Independence of the Seas will get a bunch of new attractions during an upcoming April 2018 renovation.

On the docket are new water slides and escape rooms, as well as laser tag and even a trampoline park.

The revelation was made on the line’s Crown & Anchor Society Facebook page, and the revitalization is described as “bow-to-stern” with more details still to be released.

Other Royal Caribbean vessels have water slides and escape rooms, but never before has a plural amount of the latter been present on one of its singular ships. The Harmony of the Seas notably features just one instance of Escape the Rubicon, but it would seem Independence of the Seas will be getting at least two of the sort.

Entirely new to Royal Caribbean will be laser tag, and no other cruise ship currently has a full trampoline park, which are becoming increasingly popular on land.

These new attractions will join existing Independence of the Seas favorites like the FlowRider surf simulator, rock climbing wall and H2O Zone water park—all of which are expected to remain.

The Independence of the Seas is a 154,407-ton, 3,634-guest sister-ship to Freedom of the Seas and Liberty of the Seas. It is currently sailing in the Mediterranean.
