Ahead of the new cruise ship’s November 2014 launch, Royal Caribbean International has just showcased a boatload of technology to be included onboard the Quantum of the Seas. In true modern fashion, the best way to explore the tech, is in the videos released by the cruise line below.
Royal Caribbean claims that Quantum will be the first smart ship, but much of the tech is an evolution of what is already in use by the Disney Cruise Line (RFID and virtual cabin views) and Norwegian Cruise Line (digital cruise management).
