Regent Seven Seas Cruises Details New Seven Seas Explorer Deck Recreations

Regent Seven Seas Cruises continues to detail its upcoming new Seven Seas Explorer luxury liner with information about the cruise ship’s pool (rendered above), sports and sun deck recreations. Elegant details will accent the plush design outside as much as inside.

“The pool and sports decks will become a must-experience indulgence for guests sailing on Seven Seas Explorer,” said Jason Montague, president and chief operating officer for Regent Seven Seas Cruises. “Tillberg Design created a beautiful outdoor haven where guests can enjoy an assortment of recreational activities, relax while taking in breathtaking panoramic vistas, or delight in gourmet al fresco dining, all while completely ensconced in luxury befitting the world’s most luxurious ship.”

Pool Deck

Inspired by boutique hotels, Southeast Asian design and Caribbean accents, Seven Seas Explorer‘s pool deck will feature teak wood, natural stone and luxurious marble in a modern geometric centerpiece. From a full swim to just a dip, the pool will accommodate with a deep area and a 3-inch shallow area. Two whirlpools will also be positioned nearest the al fresco Pool Grill under the shade of circular awnings.

Private retreats among raised platforms will be created around the pool thanks to sheer curtains. Oversized double loungers will also line the space, complete with a center stage for live music. By night, special lighting and backlit canvases will illuminate the space in various moods.

Sports and Sun Decks

Above the pool deck will be a specific sports space and a sun deck. Features include shuffleboard, putting greens, golf nets, a bocce court, paddle tennis and a jogging track. Circular sunbeds will also line the luxurious deck area.
