Just hours ago, the new Norwegian Getaway, Norwegian Cruise Line‘s followup and sister ship to the popular Norwegian Breakaway floated out from the shipyard in Papenburg, Germany. The 144,000-gross-ton cruise ship – which is sporting some vibrant colors that go very nicely with our Popular Cruising logo, I might add – fully emerged from building dock II at Meyer Werft (as seen above) and now sits at the finishing dock (as seen at the very bottom) where she will remain until her 2014 launch to receive her finishing touches.
