New Civilian and Military Cruise Deals

More cruise deals are on their way in May to celebrate National Military Appreciation Month with military and civilian savings alike.

Carnival Cruise Line

For the National Military Appreciation Month of May, Carnival Cruise Line is offering special discounts and perks to active and retired service members. The company’s military rates are supplemented with a $50 onboard credit per cabin and a two-category upgrade.

Qualifying guests can even reserve up to two extra cabins with the same bonuses and pricing applied. The promotion is good towards cruises scheduled to sail between August 2016 and April 2018 if booked within May 2016.

French America Line

Seatrade Cruise News is reporting that the new French America Line is offering incentives in the form of up to $420 in pre-paid gratuities per cabin and 15 percent commissions for travel agents.

The gratuity special applies to 10-day cruise-tours with included $16 per person per day for onboard staff and $5 per person per day for Traveler Collection shore excursions. The deal applies to cruises leaving before December booked by June 30.

Also, travel agents will be provided 15 percent in commissions for reservations made in 2016, and those who book 10 or more guests on a single 2016 voyage will get additional perks from its Freedom of Choice program such as additional commissions and onboard credits.

Norwegian Cruise Line

Norwegian Cruise Line is promoting a new “Free at Sea” offer for families and more. Through May 22, 2016, family travelers will get a free 50-photo package and a $100 arcade play credit.
