Thanks to Holland America Line’s esteemed culinary program, guests can enjoy not only its delicious steakhouse offerings at Pinnacle Grill but also tastes of the famed Le Cirque restaurant in New York and its Culinary Council member Jonnie Boer’s De Librije.
The Pinnacle Grill has always been something special as one of the best steakhouses at sea, and it’s available for lunch and dinner onboard all 15 of the fleet’s ships. Lunch alone for only $10 per person is a delicious affair, with classic starters like beef carpaccio and Dungeness crab cakes and savory entrees like beef tenderloin with Oregon blue cheese (pictured above) before sweet send-offs such as a strawberry pavlova.
