Ultra-luxury line Silversea announced last week that the company is bringing back an old friend into an expanded role. Barbara Muckermann has rejoined Silversea as the company’s chief marketing officer. Based out of the line’s Monaco office, she’ll report to Silversea’s chairman on brand initiatives, and company CEO Roberto Martinoli on operational matters. In the past, Muckermann spent four years as Silversea’s senior vice president of worldwide marketing and sales.

“Barbara has extensive company knowledge coupled with leadership experience and expertise in developing strategic marketing initiatives to increase global sales,” said Manfredi Lefebvre d’Ovidio, Silversea’s Chairman. “I’m thrilled that we were able to bring her back to Silversea.”
