Windstar Cruises has announced a $250 million initiative that will lengthened three of the cruise line’s ships.  The cruise ships will be cut in half and a section will be inserted adding 50 new suites to the vessels.

The initiative will expand guest accommodations on the boutique line’s three all-suite vessels increasing capacity from 212 passengers to 312 guests per ship, following the lengthening.
